There are twenty(20) incorporators with an authorized capital stock of ₱1,600,000.00 with par value of ₱100.00 per share. The subscribed capital stock is ₱400,000.00 while the paid up capital is ₱100,000.00.

  • To provide loans with low interest for productive activities.
  • To help uplift the members' capabilities in livelihood and financial management.
  • To gather the members' capabilities by encouraging savings and voluntary service contributions.
  • To provide training and studies for members to enhance their skills in providing advice regarding livelihood.
  • To live out and share the principles of the cooperative and to be an example of sharing, which is one of the cooperative's customs.
